At the end of each exam or test, meetings are held with the parents of students to appraise them of the progress of the children. Class and subject teachers meet the parents along with the concerned child individually and share their progress report cards. Parents are also told about the appreciable and desirable qualities of each child as well as concerns wrt the child. This forum also helps the parents to speak about domestic issues that might be affecting the child as well.
Recently, the parent teacher meeting was conducted on 9th November 2024. The agenda of the meeting was announcement of results of first summative assessment (SA1) and review of student performance.
These regular meetings ensure that parents and teachers are in sync with the student’s life situation. This helps teachers understand the students better and for parents to understand the intention of the school as well.
