MSV Valedictory Celebrations
25-Nov-2025: Our founder Thirumallamma, was born in November and during that month our school celebrates her life and contributions to our school via the valedictory function.
Students are acknowledged for their achievements in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. The Thirumallamma memorial award is given to the highest achiever across middle school and high school. A shield is given to the student to acknowledge the achievement. Merit awards which include cash prizes are given to the toppers in individual classes and to subject toppers in each class. Awards are also given for students who have progressed well in yoga, arts and other co curricular activities.
This year, the event was held on the 25th of November. Sri Sheel Kumar Gautam, the Chief Manager of Canara Bank, Malleshwaram, 5th cross, graced us with his presence as our chief guest. Our President Dr. Krishan Prasad along with other committee members and some donors and well wishers were also present on the occasion.
As part of the celebrations, students of various classes performed cultural programs such as folk dances and songs to entertain the guests and the students. The Chief Guest spoke on the occasion and, as a true banker, encouraged the students to begin saving money at a young age. The President of the school also spoke congratulating the children and encouraging them to work harder and achieve even better.
All attendees including the guests, teachers and students were given sweets and savouries on the occasion. The program which lasted for 2 hrs between 10.30am and 12.30pm, was appreciated and liked by all.
